Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

 

The buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not shipped yet.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
